Perfectly Preserved

Perfectly Preserved creates a delicious range of pickles, jams, preserves, and both sweet and savoury baked goods, available at local markets across Prince Edward County throughout the summer and fall. Proceeds from every sale are donated to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

Each year, our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly—peeling, chopping, and preserving hundreds of pounds of fruits and vegetables, many generously donated by local farmers and gardeners. Their efforts result in thousands of jars of high-quality preserves, crafted with care and community spirit.
